Located on the beachfront at Encounter Bay, the Franklin Project reimagines an original 1960s home through a refined two-storey extension designed to enhance both functionality and coastal living.

The extension introduces a lift and carefully considered internal layouts, bringing contemporary comfort to a classic beachfront residence. Custom joinery by Spacecraft Joinery, paired with a palette of warm oak tones and layered blues, reflects the home’s coastal setting while delivering a calm, timeless interior.
